Burger King in Hennef

What an insolence, citizens full old and half of them were forgotten at Drive, when you called you were completely unfriendly and said bad luck, not even an excuse is in there, I avoid this shop and everyone else should do that too. It can't be that the BurgerKing company isn't doing anything against it. That only happens here in Hennef in the sauladen .....

Totally old burgers, half of them missing and much more is wrong! Just go to the Burger King in Bonn.

The combination of BK and Lieferando in times of Corona and Lockdown is a bottomless cheek. The food was driven around Hennef for over an hour and a half. Arrived cold and was inedible as a veggie. In addition, the VeggieBurger came as a normal burger with bacon. It all went in the bin ... Lieferando didn't even consider it necessary to answer our complaint, a pushvrn ...

Almost every second time something was missing from the takeaway order. Once I even had to go back to pick up missing things. Now the biggest thing: PAYBACK card scanned, points never credited. That’s a scam! Ultimately, it is a given discount that was not kept!

Our experience was far from positive. It started as soon as you entered the branch. There was no disinfectant in the two dispensers, garbage was scattered on the shelves and the napkin and straw dispensers were empty. Dead insects were strewn all over the windows. Our order was processed quickly, but the food was inedible. The fries were old and HARD, the burger just as well, there was only half a piece of meat and a shriveled cucumber. We therefore disposed of the food almost directly in the garbage can and didn't eat anything that day. It was a shame about the money and the food, but it was inedible. That was our last visit to this branch.

A star is actually too much for the store. The last visit will have no further consequences. Definitely not! Everywhere on the edges of the windows it was clearly visible that the powder had been sprinkled against the arm. We then had to discover three dead other insects near our place. Simply disgusting and therefore never again!

Completely incompetent management! The shift supervisor is unable to ensure a smooth operation at peak times. We therefore recommend going to the next McDonalds to enjoy a relaxed, nutritious and delicious menu.

It's just a burger king. Somehow it looks very uncomfortable inside, you could certainly do something else. The food tastes the way it should taste, but nothing more. The friendliness of the employees is neutral to good. Toilets clean. Drive In is pretty quick.

Small counter of Burger king, mostly got everything from there regular menu but no dessert. Lot of local German food options right next to it. Okay if you are a big Burger King fan and cannot wait to get in to the city.

It's oke, nothing special. But the people behind the counters sometimes have a lot of difficulty understand what you want through the drive through speaker. The food is also sometimes, not always, not that great. But its fast food, you can't really expect that much.

What should that be? It is not fresh. Such a gelato salad belongs to him the garbage and not aufm a long chicken.
